of Directors The hosptal is under the direction of an elected five-member board, who hold a 4 year term. Members are Steve Young, President; Ray Malleck, Vice President; Sharon Thompson, Secretary/Treasurer; Sheryl Farnsworth and Steve Deaver. |

Resources The Human Resources department is responsible for orientation of new employees, employee benefits, physician credentialing, payroll, marketing, public relations and serves on many committees. |
| Laboratory We have a full service lab and it is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and personnel are on call at all times. The majority of tests done in hematology, chemistry, microbiology and blood bank services are performed at the lab. Others are referred to a reference lab. |
| Diagnostic
Services East Phillips County Hospital District's surgeon performs laparoscopy, gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Ultrasounds and echocardiograms are performed weekly and gastrointestinal x-rays are scheduled biweekly. There is a CT Scan unit on site. |
| Physical
Therapy Provides general physical therapy from a licensed physical therapist. Occupational and speech therapy is also available. Physical fitness is available for the public with a wide arrangement of equipment. |
| AMBULANCE Owned and operated by East Phillips County Hospital District and staffed by paramedics, EMT - I, EMT - B and EMT - First Responders and is a volunteer service. Ambulance service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as available for transfers. Air Life of Greeley's emergency helicopter is less than an hour away when an emergency transfer is determined. |
| Emergency
Services EKG reports are faxed to cardiologists who are on call 24 hours a day in Greeley, Colorado, for STAT reading. Fetal heart monitoring strips are likewise relayed to an OB/GYN when potential problems are suspected. |
| Cardiac
Rehabilitation Founded in 1979 as one of the first in the region, East Phillips County Hospital District's Cardiac Rehabilitation Center served more then 100 patients in its first decade of operation under the direction of a cardiovascular technologist. The center continues to serve post-heart attach, coronary artery bypass and angioplasty/stent patients. Holter monitoring and treadmills are available for diagnostic testing. |

Clinics For a number of years, the hospital's commitment to provide residents the highest quality health care services has included specialists who see area residents at the hospital and clinic on a regular basis. Clinics have been added as needed. They are general surgery, ear nose and throat, orthopedics, cardiology, urology, oncology, radiology, allergist, ophthalmology, audiology and podiarty. |
| Admissions
Office The Admissions Department handles check in for all patients who present to the hospital for care. The Admissions Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
| Business
Office The Business Office handles all A/R for the hospital. All hospital insurance billing, and supplemental billing is done by the Business Office |

Management
Materials Management is responsible for purchasing, supply distribution and receiving for all departments within the hospital and clinic. |
